Ecuador – Global warming

The glaciers of Ecuador are reducing fastly by the global warming, the covered surface whith ice in Cotopaxi volcano was reduced the 31% between 1976-2003.
This is a worring situation because in 10 years our country, would lose an important glaciers. It would cause damages in the Ecuadorian ecosystems as the problems in the water supply in the cities.
The Litoral region presents an increase of precipitations rains, while the Andina region presents a diminution of values precipitation.
The temperature maximum and minimum has had a relative increase in the last years.
By all these changes, we are certainty talking of the climatic change.
